Right up front, let me mention that I'm not in the habit of voluntarily paying more money than an agreed price. And next, let me say that, in general, I do not leave 5-star reviews, in part because 5-star service should be, and is, rare. Well, I broke the first habit a few minutes ago, and am now in the process of bending the second. Why? Because of how impressed and satisfied I am with the work of MMP Tree Service LLC! Mario arrived yesterday morning a few minutes early and priced out the job. There were no "The price is $7,000, but I'll apply the (looking at watch) 'October 16th' discount AND the 'Here's another 25% because you're old' discount and bring it down to $2,000" tactics. He quoted me a price. It was in the ballpark with two other tree service companies, and he later agreed to match the slightly lower price of one of the other companies. Today, Luis and the crew arrived early, stayed late, and never stopped working. I had requested they do three tasks: 1. Take down the dead, 40-50' three-trunked oak (which I thought was going to be the hard job), and remove dead limbs in our heavily-treed yard in W. Cobb county. 2. Trim, without killing the trees, branches that had begun overhanging our house and deck after 37 years (yes, we've been in our home a while, and this turned out to be the hard job, given the height of many of the trees). 3. Raise the canopy throughout the yard so that I could walk anywhere in the lawn or on the sidewalks/driveway without stooping (and I'm 6' tall). The initial time estimate was "a couple of hours." It took the crew of four every bit of 4.5 hours to get the job done, not because they were lollygagging around, but because of time it took Luis to climb (without using tree climbing spikes, which I very much appreciated) and trim the branches overhanging the back and sides of my two-story (with a drive-under garage) house. When all the cutting and trimming was finally complete, the crew then made sure that my lawn and yard were left not just in good condition, but better than they were when they arrived. I could not have been happier. And so, at the end of the day, I paid Luis the original price that Mario had quoted me, gave him all the cash I had on hand for his crew to get some lunch, and ran upstairs to do this review while what I witnessed was still fresh in my mind. I'm now repeating myself. If you need tree work done, reach out to MMP Tree Service. They are that good!

They removed several large trees quickly and safely, and left the yard spotless afterward. Luis is outstanding! His pricing was like a Christmas present in July and no one could beat it, but the work he and his crew was something to be proud of. The crew was on time, courteous, patient when we asked for a minor adjustment to the plan, well spoken and aimed to please us as a customer at every request. Luis and his team did an excellent job—not only with cutting and cleaning up afterward, but also by listening and advising us on the best approach for trimming two trees and cutting another, all while maintaining privacy in our backyard. I had previously contacted another company with a lot of advertising, but they were charging an extra $1,000. Luis’s team, on the other hand, went above and beyond. After completing the work we were quoted for, they even cleaned the area around one of the trees and also cut a potentially dangerous branch that looked like it could fall on our roof. I will definitely recommend them and will use their services again.

Professiona and experienced tree service company, well organized and worth the cost. They removed over fifteen pine tress that were over 40 ft tall from our backyard and didn't leave any debris behind. Street clean, work area left clean. Glad we picked MMP over the other companies!

Yesterday 11/11/24, MMP Tree Svc LLC removed 13 trees from my backyard, unbeknownst to me 4 of which were rotten from the inside. Luis & his crew were very professional. They only took a lunch break and they worked into the evening (it’s dark now by 6:00). I love that they cleaned as they worked so when it was time to go all they had to do was pick up small things. They put just about everything back where it was. We have to have stumps grounded; that machinery need the same path as trees were dropped. Luis started his quote at a competitive price and worked with me to come to an amount we both could agree on. I would recommend MMP TREE SVC LLC to any and everyone!!! EXCELLENT JOB
